Lights, Fans, Bathroom, Pressure Washing

The land grading didn't happen today but lots of other things did. Chet put the remaining pendant lights up, installed lights under the cabinet counters, installed the outside light by the front door, wired the remaining outside flood light to a switch (remember, the one we couldn't find the switch to a few weeks ago) and installed the ceiling fan in the great room. Ricky put paper down on the hardwood floors in the master bedroom, hall, and TV room to protect them so the painters could get back to work. Then he started removing the toilet, sink, and flooring in the half-bathroom. Outside, the fireplace chimney, foundation bricks, and front porch got a much needed pressure washing!
The 1/2 bath was gutted.

A new AC return vent cover was installed.

Pendant lights above island.

Pendant lights.

Fireplace chimney after pressure washing.
The top part didn't get washed
(the ladder was a little on the short side).

The brick foundation also was pressure washed
as was the front porch.

The brick steps were pressure washed.

Porch light was installed.
Ceiling fan in great room was installed.

Cable receptacle and electrical outlet for TV in master bedroom.

Piece by piece, it's all falling into place!

It looks like there is an H at the top part of the chimney. I guess the Hallman in you is coming out.
