Weekend Work

While Doug & I spent another weekend in Boston and Thomasville working on the weddings, Ricky spent a stormy Saturday and Sunday working at the house. Ricky told us that about the time he finished the front porch railing on Saturday, it began raining then hailing and continued hailing for quite some time. He said the hail ranged from dime sized to half-dollar sized. Our roof held up and there were no leaks or damage!!!

Shutters were added to dormers.
Railing was completed.

Doors were put on linen closet.

Transition piece was put down between
bedroom and bathroom floors.

Shelving and cabinets next to fireplace
 were painted.



Woodbox door on chimney was painted to match house siding.
